I am a documentary filmmaker and journalist, based in Amsterdam, who loves to tell character-driven stories. By combining journalistic precision and cinematic sensibility, I strive to create work that is both accessible and in-depth.

As a researcher and field producer, I've worked on documentaries and docuseries of Dutch public television broadcasters HUMAN, VPRO and BNNVARA, as well as on international documentary projects for production companies and streaming platforms like Amazon Prime Video and Vice Studios. I currently work as a TV-researcher at the Dutch current affairs documentary programme Argos (VPRO).

I also enjoy creating and directing my own projects, such as Pesada Pluma, a short film about the aftermath of a journalist’s murder in the Brazilian border region, and the podcast Zwijg that follows artists, journalists and scientists from different parts of Europe in their battles against censorhip.
