I’ve interviewed artists and filmmakers for the online magazines of Cineville, Opera Forward Festival and World Cinema Amsterdam. And for the neighbourhood newspaper, De Nieuwe Vijzelcourant, I write bimonthly portraits of Amsterdam city centre residents who fascinate me in my column ‘Achter de Voordeur’ (behind the front door).

I have also hosted panels and presented live Q&A’s during (film)festivals like IDFA, Connecting Cuba and the Movies that Matter Festival, often related to Latin American cinema and/or Cuban resistance art. As a guest, I participated in radio shows of VPRO’s Bureau Buitenland, speaking about my experiences of filming and living in Paraguay.
